how klyo works
klyo is an astrologer who texts you. not a feed, not a daily horoscope blast — a conversation with something that knows your chart and remembers what you tell it.
what klyo reads
your birth chart, computed from your birth date, time, and place with a professional ephemeris — the same math astrologers use. the current sky: where the planets are today and how they sit against your chart. and the conversation itself — what you said last week matters as much as where your moon is.
the conversation
klyo texts like a person, not a report. short messages, plain language, your placements named when they explain something. you can ask about your day, your patterns, the person you can’t stop thinking about. klyo answers from your chart, not from a template.
what klyo remembers
klyo keeps notes. the job you mentioned, the situation with your sister, the thing you’re trying to change — these come back when they’re relevant. memory is what makes klyo a relationship instead of an app you open.
what powers it
klyo is built on a large language model (currently claude, by anthropic) combined with real astrological computation. klyo is software. it will tell you that itself — see ai disclosures and what klyo is not.
when it’s not for klyo
klyo reads patterns, not the future. and some moments need a person: if you’re in crisis, text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line) or call or text 988.
